No reschedules or refunds inside of 72 hours notice. NO exceptions. It DOES NOT allow us sufficient time to rebook the encounter. (Can’t make it, we suggest gifting or selling to a friend. NOTE, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any participant change for ANY reason)
